While starting high school is a lot of fun, it does come with its challenges. Making friends and building a sense of belonging is the highest priority for Year 7 students. This day will allow participants to explore what a true friend is, how they can belong and how to accept others to foster a strong cohort community.

Middle years of high school is a period of change; physically, socially and emotionally. Young people at this age start asking big questions, and sometimes taking wrong turns in their pursuit to find the answer to these questions.

This day allows participants to unpack and understand their values, their moral compass and how to allow others to be their authentic self.

Humans are wired for connection, perhaps even more so in adolescence. At a time when young people start to break away from their family relationships and seek new ones, a clear road map to get this right must be offered.

This day unpacks what healthy relationships look like in all forms, the power of vulnerability and the power of acceptance.

In the final years of high school, young people start to question of the type of person they are and begin to dream of who they wish to be.

This program will explore the questions of who participants are, and who they are not to work out purpose. Ultimately, they will realise who they are is very different to what they do.
